Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Return & Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a return or replacement within 24 hours of receiving the order in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product received
- Missing items in the package
To process your request, please provide:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Clear product/package images (if applicable)
Our support team will review the complaint within 48–72 business hours. Once verified and approved, Dr. Zag may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
For prepaid orders that could not be fulfilled or were cancelled successfully, the refund amount will be initiated accordingly.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Product has been used or partially consumed
- Return request is made after the allowed timeframe
- Product packaging is damaged, tampered, or missing labels
- Wrong product ordered by the customer
- Product batch number does not match the invoice
- Items purchased during special clearance or promotional sales
