Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. All orders must be paid online in full at the time of checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499 across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery times range from 3-7 business days depending on your location. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a full replacement or refund. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our return policy. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at drzagambwani@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products

If a customer receives:

  • A damaged product,
  • A product different from the one ordered, or
  • A shipment with missing items,

the customer should contact Dr. Zag promptly with the order number and relevant supporting information, including photographs where appropriate.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
